IT’S SO MUCH MORE: IT’S SERRALUNGA-CASA MIA

Where wines are aged

We let the Barolo rest in oak barrels, in an intimate environment, embraced by three brick and stone walls, part of the original house. It is now protected by a glass wall, which allows the eyes of its admirers to still make a connection to it, underlining the character of sociability that wine has always had. Naturally, this does not exclude a taste from the barrel to appreciate the evolution of Barolo during maturation.

Serralunga’s treasure

Like treasure, the bottles are kept in a vaulted room, at controlled temperature and lighting- divided by menzione, in accordance with the philosophy of enhancing Barolo di Serralunga d'Alba and its crus. The labels arranged in this way constitute an easily accessible map, capable of inspiring new tasting itineraries. Try them in the vault itself, surrounded by hundreds of bottles of Barolo.

Patience is required; daily and diversified attention to the plants and a bit of luck are needed. Small sacrifices are well rewarded by the harvest, which will be full of vital energy to draw on for our straightforward preparations.
