Service Description

A horizontal tasting of Moscato Bianco—the oldest member of the family, also known as Moscato di Canelli and referred to by the Greeks as *Anathelicon Moschaton*. Its grapes were called *Apianae* by Pliny and Columella because bees favored them for their intensely sweet aroma. We will discover both new and ancient flavors through the dry, sweet, and aromatic nuances of these wines.
