The vinification with soft pressing consists of a cold storage phase, and a fermentation stage with second fermentation in autoclave, which can last up to 30 days and concludes with bottling

Features
Perfumes: The perfume has a wealth of unique primary aromas that recall the freshness of the berry from which it derives, with hints of orange blossom and honey.

An intense yellow straw colour.

Taste: Sweet, well balanced and extraordinarily pleasant.

Pairings: Fresh and with a low alcohol content, it is best tasted in large based glasses.
