A vine that prefers the sun, welcomes it in the bunches and returns it to the glass in an explosion of scents that know how to surprise. Barbera is female and this is how it is represented: a female vine that releases energy and life.

Harvest time: mid-October
Vinification: Selection of the grapes in the vineyard, fermentation and maceration for about 15 days in stainless steel containers, followed by malolactic fermentation in November.
Refinement: Refinement in 10 Hl French oak barrels for 50%, for 50% in 500 L tonneaux. The duration of the aging is 10 months, assembly at the end of August, bottling in autumn.

Perfumes: The nose presents a fruit in full maturity, with excellent fresh implications. Intense ruby red color with purple reflections.
Taste: the tannins are light in the mouth, maintaining the classic backbone of Barbera, also due to its pleasant acidity. 
Pairings:  is a wine that deserves to accompany important dishes. 
Excellent with flavoursome first courses, meats and cheeses.
