Where they refine the wines

We let the Barolo rest in oak barrels, in an intimate environment, embraced by three original brick and stone walls of the house and protected by a glass wall that allows the eyes of its admirers to dialogue with it, to underline the favorable nature of sociability that wine has always possessed. Which does not exclude a taste from the barrel, to appreciate its evolution during maturation.

The stage effect

Equipped for tastings led by tasting professionals, our Tasting Room creates a stage effect capable of enhancing the properties of the protagonist of the moment: the neutral color of the room, the light points in strategic positions and the individual stations will be able to bring out the character unique of the product presented.

THE Vault

The treasure of Serralunga

Like a treasure, the bottles are kept in an armored room, with controlled temperature and lighting, divided by mention, in accordance with the philosophy of enhancing Barolo di Serralunga d'Alba and its crus. The labels arranged in this way constitute an easily consultable map, able to inspire new tasting paths. To be tried immediately, in the Caveau itself, surrounded by hundreds of bottles of Barolo.

Relax with a 360° view

The Alpine arc. The opposite borders of the Barolo area. The amphitheaters of vineyards and hills that follow one another. From our Terrace you don't taste a wine: you savor a sip of Italy that only here can be found in the glass and chased along the panorama.
